Pom Poko (Heisei Tanuki Gassen Ponpoko) Japanese B2 Poster

£80.00
Pom Poko is a Japanese animated film released in 1994, directed by Isao Takahata and produced by Studio Ghibli. It tells the story of a group of tanuki (raccoon dogs) trying to protect their forest home from human development using magical transformations.
The film won the Special Prize at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival and features voice work from actors like Shinchō Kokontei and Makoto Nonomura.

The poster is in very good condition with bright colours and a clean overall appearance.
It has a warm, storybook-like composition with a central circular design filled with small, charming illustrations. Around it, a group of tanuki sit together, creating a friendly and communal feeling that draws you into the scene.
The colours are soft and earthy, with greens, reds, and browns that feel natural and calm. The layout is balanced and detailed without feeling busy, giving it a gentle, whimsical appeal that reflects the film’s tone.
