Tarzan at Apollo Germany Poster

£20.00
An adventure film released in 1932, directed by W. S. Van Dyke and produced by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. It stars Johnny Weissmuller as Tarzan and Maureen O'Sullivan as Jane, telling the story of a man raised in the jungle and his encounter with outsiders.
The film was a major success and became a defining early sound-era adventure.

Approx 48cm x 63cm or 18.9 inches x 24.8 inches

The poster is in good condition with strong colour and a clean overall look. There is light edge wear and some minor creasing.
The poster has a classic, painted illustration style with a strong central figure of Tarzan holding Jane, creating a dramatic and heroic focal point. The jungle setting frames them tightly, adding depth and a sense of danger, while the chimp at the base adds a touch of character.
The colours are rich and natural, with warm skin tones and deep greens that give it a vintage, cinematic feel. The layout is simple but bold, with large text at the bottom balancing the detailed artwork above, making it both striking and easy to read.
