Rear Window is a classic suspense film released in 1954, directed by Alfred Hitchcock and produced by Paramount Pictures. It follows a photographer who believes he has witnessed a murder while watching his neighbours from his apartment window.
The film stars James Stewart and Grace Kelly, and is widely regarded as one of Hitchcock’s finest works (and one of my personal favourites).

This poster for a 1984 Japanese release is in very good condition.
The poster combines a bold title at the top with a central film still, showing the main character using a camera, which immediately sets the theme of watching and observation. The layout feels balanced, with the image framed neatly and supported by clear text elements.
The use of strong colours, especially the red title and blue header, creates contrast against the white background. The silhouette at the bottom adds a graphic touch, giving the design a mix of cinematic imagery and clean, poster-like simplicity that feels both classic and striking.
